This survey is an online questionnaire about the adequacy of the current schooling options for your children.. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary.
This survey is a solution suggested by Pulso Europe that acts on behalf of Leuven City Council within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EX (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR).
Your personal data will be collected with your permission directly from you. The data is collected to assess the need for international schooling in Leuven. The questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The personal data will be stored for 6 months
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification and erasure of the data that concerns you. You can also object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons. You can exercise your rights by sending an inquiry to survey@pulso-europe.eu.
Pulso Europe commits to take all technical and organizational measures to preserve the security of the personal data and in particular to prevent from being deformed and damaged or that unauthorized third parties may have access to them.
